Request Password Reset: After entering your email address, click the “Send Password Reset Link” or a similar button.

Check Your Email: Once you submit the form, our system will send a password reset link to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox (and your spam or junk folder) for an email from BcloudMail. This email will contain a unique link that will allow you to reset your password.

Click the Password Reset Link: Open the email from BcloudMail and click on the password reset link provided within the email. This link will redirect you to a secure page on the BcloudMail web application.

Set Your New Password: On the password reset page, you will be asked to enter a new password and confirm it.

- Choose a strong password: We recommend using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for security.
- Ensure they match: Make sure the password you enter in both fields is exactly the same.

Save Your New Password: After entering and confirming your new password, click the “Reset Password” or a similar button to save your changes.

Password Reset Successful: Once your password has been successfully reset, you will typically see a confirmation message. You can now return to the BcloudMail login page (https://app.bcloudmail.com/login) and log in with your new password.
Important Notes:
- The password reset link sent to your email is usually valid for a limited time. If the link expires, you will need to go through the “Forgot Password” process again.
- If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
